Since 1982, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida has provided a “Home-Away-From-Home” to more than 70,000 families seeking medical treatment for a critically ill child. Located on grounds of Jackson Memorial Hospital, we open our doors to these families 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year—including the holiday season.
There are a number of ways you can help us make their stay during the holidays more enjoyable, and help them feel at home:
Make an Online Donation:
Even the smallest donation can make a big impact! A donation to RMHCSFL helps keep families close to each other and the care they need.
Host a Peer-to-Peer Fundraiser:
Create your own fundraising page and share your unique link with your office, community groups, friends and family to support the families staying at RMHC during the holidays!
Adopt-a-Meal:
Prepare or cater a holiday meal for the families! After a long day at the hospital and appointments a warm meal provides comfort to the families.
Donate at McDonald’s:
When you visit a McDonald’s restaurant and place an order at the drive-thru or counter you can give back by donating $1, $3 or $5 or by donating your spare change when asking a crew member to “Round-Up for RMHC”!
