1.Volunteer Program Coordinator (Part-Time Position)
The Volunteer Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the mission of RMHC South Florida by overseeing logistics and coordination of volunteer programs: Meals from the Heart, Healthy Hour and other House Activities.
This role is highly operational and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, hospitality, and/ or administration.
- Proven experience in a self-directed work environment and successful project
management execution. - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers: Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Excel

2. Facilities Maintenance Job (Part Time)
Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the facilities at the Ronald McDonald House of Miami. Maintenance and upkeep of building, outside, common areas and bedrooms Monitors building conditions and makes suggestions for improvements.
Will assess and consider daily
- the safety of our employees
- the security of our assets
- the service to our families

3.Weekend Manager (2 part-time positions available)
This position is responsible for the overall management operations and security of the Ronald McDonald House during the weekends. Operations include assisting and interacting with families with any needs; supervising volunteers; providing tours; verify and notify any maintenance work. Working hours are Saturdays and/ or Sundays selecting the AM or PM shift. Must be available to work holiday shifts, employee may choose holiday preference. Minimum 24 hours a month.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Property Management, similar field
- Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years)
- Computer knowledge and excellent verbal and writing skills
- Bilingual
