1.Volunteer Program Manager (Full Time Position)
The Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training,
supervision, and recognition of adult and teen volunteers, service groups, and
interns for Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida (RMHC). This role
plays a critical part in ensuring the effective, efficient operation of the House and its
programs. The position also supports the Development and Events Department by
coordinating volunteer needs for fundraising and community events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Non-profit Management or
Hospitality
• Minimum two years of experience in volunteer coordination or event planning,
preferably in the non-profit setting.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with computers and volunteer management databases
• Flexible, proactive and collaborative team player.

2. Facilities Maintenance Job (Part Time)
Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the facilities at the Ronald McDonald House of Miami. Maintenance and upkeep of building, outside, common areas and bedrooms Monitors building conditions and makes suggestions for improvements.

3.Weekend Manager (2 part-time positions available)
This position is responsible for the overall management operations and security of the Ronald McDonald House during the weekends. Operations include assisting and interacting with families with any needs; supervising volunteers; providing tours; verify and notify any maintenance work. Working hours are Saturdays and/ or Sundays selecting the AM or PM shift. Must be available to work holiday shifts, employee may choose holiday preference. Minimum 24 hours a month.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Property Management, similar field
- Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years)
- Computer knowledge and excellent verbal and writing skills
- Bilingual
