March 12, 2025 — RMHC South Florida’s Red Shoe Society was featured on SocialMiami, highlighting its launch and the new initiative’s commitment to bringing together prominent women to share a noble cause.
The event, hosted by The Edition Residences, brought together 60 incredible women dedicated to making a positive impact. RMHC South Florida Executive Director Soraya Rivera-Moya noted that the evening was filled with inspiration and commitment to the noble cause.
A highlight of the evening was the heartfelt moment when Desire, a mother currently residing at the Ronald McDonald House, was gifted a pair of red shoes, symbolizing hope, empowerment, and the spirit of community. The Society’s mission is to unite passionate women in raising awareness, providing resources, and creating lasting change for families facing medical challenges.
