01 Mar Dennis Rodriguez Joins RMHC South Florida’s Board of Directors
March 1, 2026 — We are proud to introduce our newest Board Member, Dennis Rodriguez. As the President and Managing Partner of Prestige Construction Management, Dennis has spent his career delivering complex projects that blend disciplined execution with thoughtful, community-oriented design. Now, he is bringing that expertise to help us on our journey to a new house.
Dennis is a prominent figure in the development landscape of South Florida. Since starting his career in 1999, he has overseen the delivery of more than 5,000 multifamily units and the stabilization of over $100 million in rental assets across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. From the redevelopment of the Hialeah Racetrack to signature projects such as Amelia District, his work is defined by a passion for hospitality, arts, and lifestyle-driven development.
In 2025, he raised over $8,000 to support our families through his Pickle with Friends Fundraiser at The Yards at Amelia. For Dennis, philanthropy is a family value.
``My family and I have always tried to give back or help out folks in need. At the Ronald McDonald House, we discovered how to help families financially and through meaningful action.``
As a parent, Dennis views his involvement with the house as a vital lesson for his children. He believes that service is a lived value that should be instilled early.
“It is monumental to be able to show our kids the importance of getting involved in the community and helping others,” says Dennis. “To be able to do this while they are young is very important to us as a family unit.”
Dennis joins our Board of Directors at a pivotal moment. We are currently in the home stretch of our $33M “Hope has a New Home” Capital Campaign to build the Griffin Family Campus.
When asked what excites him most about the new house, Dennis noted that it cements the charity’s legacy. “It highlights and centers the hard work that the Ronald McDonald House has established for many years. Being able to accomplish this task cements the continuous improvement year on year to make RMHC South Florida the home for many suffering and struggling families.”
